Role Description
Finance Change is the partner of choice for Finance Senior Management in leading and delivering change initiatives across business units of the Bank.
We are a central and global Finance team of change professionals with a diversified skill-set, sitting in all major Finance locations and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
We are responsible for the delivery of the full project lifecycle from definition of change requirement/need to the implementation and handover of a full functional solution to our stakeholders and we are currently supporting a diversified portfolio of projects aligned with the execution of DB's strategy e.g. Regulatory projects, Efficiency projects, Improve Control projects or Business Funded projects.

Your key responsibilities
Support the Deutsche Bank's regulatory / other change initiatives as a change execution/ project manager, responsible in delivering different changes initiatives globally. Working with the Project team and other key stakeholders in multiple locations, by providing direct engagement support (daily & weekly) to assigned initiatives.
Operational Readiness Program / Project Management Key Responsibilities:
The Operational Readiness work stream is created to drive a structured approach for the Daily Close program to proactively identify and address risks of diverse nature and enable smooth and seamless transition into new S4 HANA environment in collaboration with Change, RTB, Technology and other support groups
• Conduct independent assessment on operational readiness themes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and equipped to transition to the new system.
• Facilitate ART and feature team alignment on Operational Readiness topics.
• Document processes and controls using firmwide tools (like EPM for process mapping).
• Track non-standard solutions and process workarounds.
• Secure Operational Readiness sign-off based on defined acceptance criteria.
• Provide support and evidence for audit engagement (internal and external) on sign off and adhering to the go live assessment
Your skills and experience
• Background in Investment banking knowledge highly desirable
• Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree from an accredited university (Finance preferable)
• Product Control / Accounting experience / knowledge preferable
• Good understanding of the financial services industry and ability to apply banking product and service knowledge
• Good understanding of process mapping tools
• Knowledge of and experience in project management and governance
