Position: Business Development Head (BPO/KPO) - Accounting
Job Requirements:
1.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing.
2.Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the outsourcing industry.
- Experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts in the industry, including potential clients and partners.
3.Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent knowledge of using various data mining, lead generation, graphic and content tools
4.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand the client base in UK, USA, Australia and African markets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
5.Location: Ahmedabad
6.Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages would be an advantage.
7.Compensation:
- + Lac to 13 Lac p.a
