We are looking for an Sr. Manager/Manager - Head of Sales for a Non-Banking Financial Company based at Jaipur offering both, secured and unsecured loan products
Job Details :
Job Location : C-Scheme, Jaipur
Education : Graduate MBA
Experience : 4+ YRS, Relevant Experience of Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products, Home loan, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc. ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions
Work Timings & No of Working Days Regular Working Hours, 6 days
Others : Ready to Travel across state
Position Scope : Should have handled ticket size up to 50 Lacs, average IRR: above 18% with largely Lap, mortgage, School Loans and business Loans.
Job Description :
1. Would be responsible to achieve the sales target.
2. Handling the Team of Cluster Managers, Branch Managers and Relationship Officers.
3. New Client Acquisition & Business generation of LAP/Mortgage Business.
4. Responsible for individual & Teams targets.
5. Responsible for keeping full sales manpower strength at all locations in coordination with HR.
6. Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
7. Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
8. Team Motivation, Product training to existing and new hired team.
+. Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
10. Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations, technical, legal for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
