Morgan is seeking talented candidates for a position as Associate, Trade & Working Capital Sales, based in Mumbai. The role is primarily responsible for supporting Senior Trade Sales Coverage to Corporate Clients with gradual expansion to managing a portfolio of Clients over time. The role involves extensive collaboration with Global Corporate Bankers, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Tax, Credit, Implementations, Product, and Customer Service with in-country and regional functional partners to meet client requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing client initiatives including owning of high impacting client interactions and engagements. Job responsibilities: • Support Senior Trade Sales in managing key client portfolio • Gradually, manage relationship on T&WC products with identified client portfolio including prospecting and deepening client relationship • Support, develop and manage strategy to meet Business results - revenue growth and new sales targets for T&WC products • Coordinate with Trade Sales, Corporate Bankers and other LOBs with respect to developing business and cross-sell opportunities with clients. • Effectively communicate client priorities locally & regionally within T&WC business • Contribute to the trade sales process from (contract negotiation, documentation and coordinating product partners / implementation teams) • Help Strategy to roll out new products to achieve revenue growth and maximize market penetration. • Identify solutions & programs for the business which will ensure J.P.
