Introduction: Working in partnership with internal stakeholders including other SAM colleagues, Finance and Credit Risk colleagues and, on occasion FLOD colleagues to consistently provide an excellent level of service whilst undertaking the following activities: Support the delivery of IFRS + to SAM and supporting senior management with Impairment and Forbearance oversight and reporting for Barclays International. Undertaking various controls activities to maintain a robust governance framework within SAM Supporting SAM Deal Teams by undertaking various administrative tasks necessary for the successful management of SAM names from adoption to case closure Supporting senior colleagues and participation in the delivery of projects and ad hoc information requests, including those where SAM contributes as part of the Group. What will you be doing Responsibility for ensuring that impairment remains aligned to business strategic aims through analysis and understanding of performance and impaired book trends. Management of analysis and review for BI portfolios, working both independently as well as with senior team members on assigned projects. Preparation of reports and presentation to senior risk management, audit, regulatory reporting, Finance, and other internal groups. Support and work with the SAM Deal Teams to ensure necessary administrative activities are performed for cases adopted into the SAM portfolio. This will include undertaking the necessary notifications and system updates required to ensure that a name is recorded as being part of the SAM portfolio, ongoing maintenance of relevant credit risk systems and other ad hoc administrative tasks required depending on the particular circumstances of the case. Participation in and contribution to a range of internal and Group projects which the team supports from time to time.
