Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
1) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2) Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers.
3) Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
(e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
4) Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or
pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.
5) Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.
6) Taking care of documentation and joining procedures
