Job Description
Pre-requisites :
Since IT recruiter is responsible for the IT related jobs only, candidate must have a strong hand on recruitment of IT personnel’s, strong communication and inter-personal skills, proficient in MS-Office or any HRM software, deep knowledge about various job portals and assessment of candidates which is required in IT field and well versed in sourcing candidates for employment.
Qualification : Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience : 1-2 years (Preferably in IT background)
Responsibilities and Duties :
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other portals).
• Screen incoming resumes and schedule candidates for interview.
• Shortlist candidates with different interview rounds and finalize the candidates for joining.
• Give Induction to new joining’s and introduce them to their team and monitor their performance.
• Keep candidate data up-to-date and utilize it as per company requirements.
• Find replacement of candidates as per company requirements.
Location : Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Ahmedabad
