Billing & Cash accuracy need to be maintained when facing customer
Service standards has to meet Customer Satisfaction level
In the Cafe Discipline Grooming standards to be maintained always
To ensure increase in Average Bill Value
Adherence to SOPs
Always need to maintain at least +8% Attendance track record
Identifying your areas of improvement in discussion Coffee Manager and ensuring you get trained in the same.
Additionally:
Lunch Break- 30 mins
Tea/ Coffee Break- 15 mins twice a day)
. Weekly Off (6 days working
