Ideally, you're coming from hospitality or customer service background, having a call centre experience is preferred but not necessary. Your multitasking and admin skills need to be advanced, and you have an exceptional attention to detail. You will also have outstanding people skills and phone manners, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
