Title: SBA Loan Officer
Location: Miami, FL (Remote)
Job Overview:
We are a direct, nationwide SBA lender with delegated authority. We are the top producer nationally with our core 7a lending product. Through this hire, we look to add an additional SBA lending product and to become the top producer of it.
As a successful hire, you: (1) have identified a large opportunity for a SBA product and (2) have a deep understanding of that product. That SBA product should be a term loan (non-revolving) with a gross return of at least Prime + 1%.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset. To a significant extent you will be building a lending business within a Bank. You will be responsible for developing and running processes for sourcing, underwriting, and servicing.
You will be supported by a large, decades-old organization that wants nothing more than for you to find tremendous success. The lending area is the entire Continental United States. Remote work is okay, subject to periodic (as often as quarterly) visits to the main Sioux Falls, SD office.
Requirements:
SBA lending experience with proven success
Strong interpersonal and/or digital sales expertise
Detail orientation with strict adherence to SBA and other regulatory requirements
Self-discipline and ambition
