Job Description
As an Officer in the Invoice Processing department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire invoice processing cycle in accordance with both Indian and International accounting standards. This role requires a deep understanding of accounts reconciliation, international law fundamentals, and financial control measures. You will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, entrepreneurship, a global mindset, and people excellence.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage and oversee the entire invoice processing cycle, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with both Indian and International accounting standards in all invoice processing activities.
Perform regular accounts reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Apply knowledge of international law fundamentals in the execution of duties, particularly in relation to international transactions.
Implement and maintain financial control measures to safeguard the company's financial resources.
Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen in decision-making and problem-solving.
