Job Description
Seeking candidate with work experience in Bank (in credit/risk roles only)/Rating agency. The candidate must be a CA (1st/2nd attempt) or MBA from tier 1/2 colleges. Candidates who have conducted credit analysis of mid and large corporates in the past may only apply.
Office is at NEW DELHI and hence candidate located in DELHI NCR may ONLY APPLY.
This is a work-from-office position.
It is for INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR position only.
Candidate with notice period of less than 3 months will be preferred.
Indicative core responsibility of analyst includes:-
• Derive insights from financial statements, reports, sanction documents, agreements etc.
• Independently conduct thorough due diligence including dedupe, reference checks
• Use credit scoring models to assign credit ratings
• Prepare concise report from a voluminous data set. Hence fluency is required in MS Excel, PPT and Word.
• Advanced knowledge on ratios and cash flow analysis is mandatory.
• Interact with client to seek information. Visit plant and conduct management meeting.
• Write CAM notes and making presentations before committees.
• Regularly monitor portfolio companies and industry. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously enhance skills through training and development.
