Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
3. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents
4. Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets
5. On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
