JD:
Install, configure, and maintain SCCM in a network environment
Create and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM
Develop and maintain SCCM collections and queries to manage endpoints
Troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues, including software deployment failures, inventory data errors, and client installation problems
Manage and maintain SCCM database, including backup and recovery processes
Monitor and report on the health and performance of SCCM infrastructure, using SCCM reports and other monitoring tools
Develop and implement SCCM security policies and best practices to ensure the protection of company data
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT staff regarding SCCM-related issues
Evaluate new SCCM features and tools and make recommendations for their adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
4-5 years of experience as an SCCM administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of SCCM, including software deployment, patch management, and inventory management
Experience with SCCM database management, backup and recovery, and security policies
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and other automation tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and other IT staff
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Relevant SCCM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SCCM Administrator) are a plus.
