Job Title: UI UX Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned UI UX Team Lead to provide thought leadership, training and inspiration for our team of designers at Schbang Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team of 4-5 designers and contribute to the development of innovative user experiences and creative user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Developers & Project Managers) to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

- Facilitate regular creative sessions and maintain an environment of learning amongst team members to guide them in creating better user experiences and interfaces.

- Develop user-centered designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.

- Design and implement user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new ideas.

- Stay up-to-date with competitor products, features, and industry trends to incorporate into the design process.

- Conduct UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis.

- Simplify complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI while establishing and maintaining detailed user-interface patterns and specifications.

- Work closely with developers to ensure thorough implementation of designs during development.

- Create seamless design systems and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in core UI UX with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design systems and user experience.

- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logics, and SEO principles.
