- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling or workforce management, preferably in a BPO context.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with BPO industry practices and SLAs
