Key Responsibilities
• Management of operational buckets, clearing all to ready to start
• Work with engineers and clients to resolve access issues
• Entering sickness and holiday tiles onto the planning board
• Consistent frontline customer contact via telephone and email
• Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress
• Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients
Required Skills
• Build good relationships with all teams within the organisation
• Recommend improvements to working practices
• Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
• Able to work to deadlines and multitask
• Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
