Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle admission inquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins & email
Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, fees, transport, facilities, etc.
Schedule and conduct campus tours / school visits for parents
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a complete record of inquiries
Guide parents in filling admission forms and documentation
Maintain student database and follow-up tracker (Excel / CRM)
Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management
Participate in school events, open houses, and promotional activities
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in English & local language (Marathi/Hindi preferred)
Confident while speaking with parents and presenting school details
Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email drafting
Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly admission targets
Pleasant personality, customer-service mindset, patience
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Education: Graduate with good communication skills
Experience: 1–3 years in counseling /education industry (preferred)
