Job Title: School Bus Driver
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as on field trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a variety of school buses, including standard and special needs buses
Transport students to and from school, as well as on field trips
Maintain a safe and clean driving record
Follow all district policies and procedures
Requirements:
Possession of a valid California Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement
Possession of a valid California Special Driver Certificate for School Buses
Possession of a valid D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) approved medical certificate
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Working Conditions:
School bus drivers typically work 10 or 11 months per year, and may be required to work single split and extended splits, late shifts, and varied spot times and locations.
