We are looking for a female School Coordinator for a primary school. Candidate should be from K.R. Puram, Ramamurthynagar or Banaswadi area. The candidate should be living within 5 kms radium or have a two wheeler to commute.
Qualification: Any degree with excellent English, Kannada and Hindi communication skills. Preferably with 2+ years experience as a School Coordinator. Candidate should comfortably work on excel, powerpoint and School ERP applications.
Detailed Job Profile:
Manage teachers and support them in executing lesson plans and events.
Planning timetable schedules, substitutions and Classroom observations.
Coordinate with partners for executing various in-school and after-school programmes.
Conduct Teachers orientation and trainings effectively
Acting as a facilitator in the workshop to train the teachers.
Be a task mater and track compliance to lesson plan, academic planner and other work assigned to teachers.
Managing teaching and non-teaching staff.
Making guidelines for monthly activities for a better understanding of teachers.
Preparing document for monthly events describing the process of conducting it.
Making PPTS for monthly activities analysis.
Admission counselling and fee collection.
Responsible for safety of children and staff
Maintain discipline among students and staff and also ensure strict adherence to school policies.
Organising events, fairs, performances, PTM’s and Cultural fests.
Teaching classes as and when required.
School record maintenance, finalising report cards.
Check the classwork of students.
Conduct performance reviews of teachers and assist in teacher recruitment.
