Responsibilities
As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
Support and lead new company initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related discipline required.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience in licensed childcare center required; Service-oriented work experience a plus.
Minimum 2 years’ management experience required; childcare center management preferred but we will consider staff management experience in a different field.
Strong knowledge of Georgia licensing (BFTS) requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Required to pass comprehensive background check and hold credentials that meets or exceed Georgia state licensing standard for preschool center director.
