Job Title
School Engagement Associate — PARTECON
Fixed Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(depending on experience, school exposure, and communication skills)
Performance Incentive:
₹5,000 per signed LOI
LOI must be:
• From Principal / KDM / Management
• For prototype demo or pilot interest
• Properly documented (school name, designation, contact)
Role Summary
PARTECON is building a School Operating System that transforms how schools run daily academics, communication, and accountability.
We are looking for a school-facing professional to represent PARTECON, engage with school leadership, explain the concept clearly, and help secure Letters of Interest (LOIs) for prototype demonstrations.
This role works closely with the Founder and is focused on relationship-building, not hard selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach private schools (principals, KDMs, management)
• Fix meetings and school appointments
• Present PARTECON using:
• Brochure
• Explainer video
• Mock screens
• Clearly explain:
• Why PARTECON is not an ERP
• How it improves discipline, visibility, and automation
• Collect:
• Feedback
• Interest signals
• Letters of Interest (LOIs) for prototype demo
• Maintain a simple record of school interactions and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience working inside schools (admin, coordinator, admissions, academic operations) OR
• Strong comfort interacting with school leadership
• Clear communication and professionalism
• Ability to explain concepts patiently and confidently
• Willingness to travel locally for school meetings
