This is not a conventional teaching role. It’s about initiating learning, building meaningful relationships with children, and creating a joyful, pressure-free school environment.

• Emotionally aware and patient
• Willing to unlearn rigid methods and explore new approaches
• Comfortable working in a flexible, child-centric setup
What you’ll do
• Initiate meaningful learning experiences
• Support children at their own pace
• Work closely with the school team to nurture curiosity and confidence
• Help create a safe, happy, and engaging learning space
• Create engaging lesson plans
• Collaborate with other teachers
This role is NOT for
• People who rely only on rote methods
• Those uncomfortable with flexibility and creativity
• Anyone looking for a mechanical teaching job
Timings: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
