Key Responsibilities:
• Healthcare Services:
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, including asthma, diabetes, and allergies.
• Conduct health screenings, such as vision and hearing tests, and refer students for further evaluation if needed.
• Health Records and Documentation:
• Maintain up-to-date health records for all students, including immunization records, medical histories, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations and school policies.
• Prepare and submit reports on health issues and services as required by school administration or health authorities.
• Health Education and Promotion:
• Provide health education and information to students, staff, and parents on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Develop and implement health programs and initiatives to promote overall wellness within the school community.
• Organize and participate in health awareness campaigns and events.
• Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and implement emergency health procedures and protocols for the school.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills and ensure that first aid supplies and equipment are well-stocked and accessible.
• Collaborate with school administration to address health-related emergencies and incidents.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student health and well-being.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student health issues, medical needs, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers, public health agencies, and community organizations as needed.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage and oversee the school health office, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of health policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to school committees and projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field. School Nurse certification preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric or school health setting is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
