Job description
Business Development and Counselling
Office time - Generally 10:00 to 18:00. Monday to Saturday.
Work Responsibilities
• Marketing and Business Development
• Identify Methods of Business Development
• Lead Generation
• Conduct Events at potential sites
• Suggestions to Management to enhance business
• Attend to calls after office hours and on holidays
• Counselling
• Understand counselling methods
• Counsel students and parents
• Keep records of inquiries
• Convert calls, and Walk-ins to students
• Report admissions
• Office Administration
• CRM Financial Management
• Tracking fee payments by students
• Follow up for monthly fee payments
• Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly reports to Management
• Office Documentation
• Find methods for automation and paperless work
• Time Table preparation for faculty and students
• Office Asset management
• Data sharing with accountant
• Notice Board Management
• Instructions to reception boy
• Manage relations with other units in the premises
• Student Engagement
• Issue I-card to students.
• Plan events with students
• Annual Events
• Job placements for student
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
Education:
