Job Description
The School Principal is the educational leader and primary administrator responsible for the overall management and academic excellence of the school. This role involves overseeing daily school operations, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality education, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, and collaborating with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. The Principal is committed to creating an environment that supports student achievement, professional development for faculty, and the growth of the school as a whole.
• Education: Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field. Doctorate in Education (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or teaching, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Assistant Principal or Department Head).
• Certifications: Valid administrative certification (where applicable) or eligibility for such certification.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse school community.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional best practices, and educational technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze and use data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students and staff.

Pay: ₹35,+5+.56 - ₹70,323.22 per month
