Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead our well-established CBSE school with over 2000 students. The ideal candidate will be a strong academic leader, a visionary educator, and an excellent communicator with a proven track record of success in school administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Academic Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of academic programs in line with CBSE guidelines, fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
• Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily school operations, including student management, staff development, budgeting, scheduling, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Faculty Management: Recruit, train, and support teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring professional growth and performance through mentoring, evaluation, and ongoing development programs.
• Curriculum and Instruction: Ensure the effective delivery of a well-rounded curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students, integrating technology and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Discipline and Student Wellbeing: Promote a positive and inclusive school culture by implementing discipline policies, handling student issues, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, manage communication, address concerns, and encourage community involvement in school events and initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to CBSE, local government, and regulatory standards, including compliance with SARAL, UDISE, and OASIS requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the school’s long-term strategic vision and goals, focusing on improving academic performance, extracurricular activities, and overall institutional growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master’s Degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching and school administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, or similar).
• Thorough understanding of CBSE curriculum, policies, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with parents, staff, students, and the community.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale educational institutions with 2000+ students.
• Ability to handle operational aspects, including budgeting, infrastructure management, and staff recruitment.
Preferred:
• Experience with modern educational technology and learning management systems.
• Experience in organizing school events, academic workshops, and training programs for faculty.
