Candidate should have good knowledge of school development for new school. They Should have good strategies for marketing, Branding, Admission, Hiring, Great Communication and overall development of schools. Vice Principal/Coordinator can also be promoted if they have knowledge of desired skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervises Teachers & Support staff
- Keeps track of student performance
- Oversees daily school operations
- Manages targets of revenue & admissions
- Counsels parents & convert enquiries to admissions
- Implements hygiene & safety rules
