SCHOOL HEADMISTRESS / SCHOOL HEADMASTER
We invite applicants to join our blossoming team, for the role of School Headmistress/ School Headmaster.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Leads the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective geography.
2. Designs and delivers annual Academic priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organizations business plan.
3. Works closely with the Chairman/Board of Trustees on the forecasting and budgeting process.
4. Discuss the previous years data to determine trends and makes predictions for the current year in terms of potential enrollment numbers and the various expenses, such as Human Resources, facilities, projects, and academic resourcing.
5. Identifies and communicates key goals and performance indicators and sets measurable targets to evaluate staff performance.
6. Develops, monitors, and reviews strategic plans and processes to best employ expertise, talent, and resources for the campus.
7. Oversees the curriculum in the campus.
8. Supports the Academic Head in curriculum planning and vetting.
+. Collaborates with the Admissions Head to increase admission numbers and strengthen the campus’s reputation.
10. Works closely with the Operations Head to ensure smooth operations on the campus, facilities, and cleanliness are maintained, emergency evaluation procedures are developed, IT systems are up-to-date, etc.
11. Principals supervise teachers and education staff and keep track of student performance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-> 5+ years of experience into finance, academic operations, leadership management & relationship management in the education sector.
-> 5+ years of exp. into handling finance , P&L Management, academic operations, leadership management, relationship management
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MSc / B.Sc / MA / B.Ed / D.Ed/ CTET or equivalent in educational domain.
