Roles & responsibilities:
• Manage day to day academic activities to make the learning process happen smoothly.
• Higher Degree or recognized professional qualification.
• Guiding and training the teachers.
• Develop programs that improve the teaching quality of school.
Desired candidate profile:
• Latest and updated knowledge on best practices, methodologies, taxonomy, and developments at the International level pertaining to academic administration.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a principal.
• Must have worked in any reputed SSC/CBSE/IGCSE organisations.
• Proper knowledge of school curriculum and pedagogy.
• Pedigree of experience in good CBSE/STATE/IGCSE schools.
• Expert knowledge of STATE/IGCSE regulatory, academic, affiliation and procedural issues.
• Highly developed skills for capacity and capability building.
• Have experience in creating new processes and implementing them effectively.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems.
