Role Overview
• Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school
• Ensure delivery of high-quality education and strong academic outcomes
• Develop and implement policies to enhance academic excellence and student discipline
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff
• Liaise with parents, management, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with educational board requirements and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 7+ years of proven leadership experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School
• Preference for candidates from reputed schools with strong academic culture
• Expertise in curriculum development and middle school education
• Strong educational leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership or related field (mandatory)
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered education

Role Overview
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students through individual and group mentoring
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum delivery
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred)
• Montessori certification mandatory for Montessori roles
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
• Prior teaching experience is an added advantage
