• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Middle School education
• Strong Educational Leadership skills to guide and inspire faculty and staff
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
• Proven prior experience in a similar role in an educational institution
• A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field required
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and student-centered learning environment
