Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – The contract follows the academic district calendar.
Weekly hours: 34 hours weekly
Salary:
$2,040 - $2,210/week DOE

Requirements:
Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in School Psychology.
Must be certified in School Psychology OR hold a School Psychologist license from the AZ Psychology Board.
Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations in a school setting preferred.
Must have experience with IEP Pro and USA Threat Assessment software,
IVP Fingerprint Card
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.Essential Functions:
Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services in the school setting for initial psychological assessment and for reevaluation of children in special education programs.
Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead the multidisciplinary team in the process of identifying students of intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
Communicate psychological assessment results and recommendations both verbally and through written reports.
Participate in eligibility and program decisions in meeting the needs of students with disabilities.
Participate in and contribute to professional development activities.
