Job Description
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and support stuåçdents with mental health and behavioral needs
Provide individual and small group counseling services to students
Communicate with teachers and parents to develop support strategies, including IEPs
Collaborate with administrators to assess the effectiveness of mental health interventions
Conduct evaluations and provide input for special education eligibility and services
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and professional standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Master’s degree from a NASP-accredited program
Active state-level licensure and/or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Previous experience working in schools or with children required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
