Who We Are:
At School ICT Resourcing Ltd, we are a dedicated recruitment agency specialising in providing essential support to schools in Leeds and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a skilled Receptionist Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 1pm for a School based in Leeds. This role is initially temporary but has the potential to be permanent for the right candidate.
Who You Are:
We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in a similar role, possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills. A confident and professional manner in handling telephone inquiries is a must, along with a solid grasp of IT skills. While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Responsibilities:
As a School Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for both staff and students
• Updating and maintaining pupil records through the school's ICT system
• Offering routine clerical support to school personnel
• Managing telephone inquiries with professionalism
• Conducting general office administration tasks
