Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (School Nurse) to join LEARN Charter School Network in Chicago, IL for the 2026XXXXXX school year.
This is a great opportunity to support student health and wellbeing in a collaborative K8 educational environment while working closely with school staff, families, and students.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care and health services to students
• Administer medications and manage student health plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment
Qualifications
• Active Illinois RN license required
• Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting
