Grade Levels: Early Childhood (Pre-K - Kindergarten)
Salary Range: $55,000-$67,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to provide onsite therapy and support to early childhood students (Pre-k - Kindergarten) in Woodstock, Illinois. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21st, 2026. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to address the emotional, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students. Responsibilities
Provide full-time school social work services to early childhood students (Pre-K - Kindergarten), Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address social-emotional developmental and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ social-emotional and behavioral skills across both classroom and individual settings, including Tier 1 intervention supports.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting the social-emotional, behavioral, and educational needs of students.
