Job Despcription:
1.Oversee day-to-day school operations
2. Foster a healthy learning environment
3. Set learning goals for students and teachers
4. Monitor and report on teacher and student performance
5.Present data of school performance to board members
6. Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
7.Interview and hire school personnel
8. Review and implement school policies and safety protocols
+.Provide guidance and counseling to staff, parents and students, Handle emergencies and school crises,
10.Organize school events and assemblies, Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g.implementing hygiene rules),
11.Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
12. Overview administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records, affiliation, etc)
13. Manage school logistics and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experienced candidates will be given preference. Freshers with exceptional skills are welcome.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
Qualifications:
• P.G with B.Ed is preferred
• Good communication skills with good convincing skills
• Interested to work in Hyderabad any 23 branches
• Languages - Telugu, English & Hindi.
