Job Description
Bala Mandir School in T.Nagar, Chennai is looking for a Social Studies teacher to provide effective, dynamic and inspirational education so that every child is able to fulfill their true potential. The science teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and curricula, working collaboratively with fellow teachers, conducting student assessments, and addressing any performance concerns.
Science Teacher Responsibilities:
· Developing, designing, and delivering high-quality lesson plans and curricula that align with both national and school standards.
· Creating appropriate assessments and delivering constructive feedback to students, parents, and fellow educators.
· Establishing clear rules and regulations for the classroom, laboratory, and field trips, ensuring that students fully comprehend their responsibilities.
· Arranging demonstrations, offering guidance, and supervising students during experimental activities.
· Providing additional support, and interventions to assist struggling students.
· Grading assignments, maintaining accurate records, and managing various administrative duties. Cultivating interactive session in the classroom
· Participating in school events and maintaining regular communication with parents.

Science Teacher Requirements:
Masters in science and Bed is mandate
A relevant teaching experience in High school for minimum 3 years
Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other software.
Dedication, patience, and the ability to remain calm in tense situations.
A passion for science and a commitment to continuing education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
