Job Title: Medical Reviewer / Scientific Writer
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities
• Review promotional and medical communication materials for accuracy, scientific rigor, balance, and compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and update scientific content across a range of materials including slide decks, product monographs, brochures, and digital content.
• Conduct literature searches and identify authentic, up-to-date references to support scientific claims.
• Ensure alignment with internal processes, style guides, and client requirements across all deliverables.
• Maintain and audit content assets as per defined project guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client meetings or calls as necessary.
• Adhere to quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards in all content development activities.
• Follow department best practices related to communication, documentation, and quality management.
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
• Educational Qualification:
• MD / MDS / PhD (with Post Doc or equivalent experience)
• MBBS with relevant experience will also be considered
• Experience:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or medical communications
• Proven experience in medical writing, medical affairs, or scientific communication roles
• Strong understanding of medical concepts and therapeutic areas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in client communication, content documentation, and quality assurance
