Job Description
• All NGS platforms ( ION Genestudio S5 series , Genexus, ION CHEF) installed currently in this region – for Training/ troubleshooting/ supporting incremental revenue for Cons/ instrument upgrades etc.
• Presales Discussion and Demos for GS S5, Genexus, Ion Chef in South Asia, as necessary.
• Pre and post sales engagement with Clinical Diagnostics customers who plan to use our CSD instruments and Consumables for reporting on patient samples.
• Supporting Major Research and Govt Organizations in South region for CSD portfolio.
• Support CSD installations with visits/ discussions, Troubleshooting , internal processes such as raising cases in TASER, replacements.
• Support Ampliseq/ Oncomine and other CSD Consumable related requirements - Pre and Post sales
• Support Genexus/ ION platforms for newer applications as and when they are released.
