As a seasoned SCM Solution Architect, you will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements. This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement.
• Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers (domestic and international) to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
• Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain (Sourcing & Procurement) service offerings.
• Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
• Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, including developing training modules.
• Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning.
• Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
