About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of manual or automatic presses and understands how to produce high-quality prints with consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses
Burn, reclaim, and maintain screens
Mix inks and match Pantone colours accurately
Print apparel and promotional products with consistent quality
Inspect finished products for quality (registration, curing, colour accuracy)
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Assist with production schedule when needed (pre-press, packaging, etc.)
Requirements
1+ year of screen printing experience (manual or auto press)
Strong understanding of inks, mesh counts, squeegees, off-contact, curing, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot print issues
Good time-management and ability to meet production deadlines
Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periods
Nice to Have
Experience with M&R presses
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Experience with embroidery or DTG is a bonus
Schedule & Pay
Full-time: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
