We at VoiceClub are Hiring for a Viral Content Strategist & Script Writer About the Role:- We seek a creative and data-driven Viral Content Strategist & Script Writer to join VoiceClub. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling short-form video content that drives engagement and growth across platforms like YouTube and Instagram Reels. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing scripts for our ad shoots, bringing our brand message to life through various advertising mediums. This role is perfect for someone who understands the pulse of social media, can create content that resonates with a wide audience, has a knack for making ideas go viral, and can translate brand messages into impactful ad scripts. Responsibilities:- • Develop captivating hooks and write concise, engaging scripts for short-form social media videos (15-60 seconds) that maintain viewer attention throughout. • Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, audience preferences, and viral content to inform and inspire our content strategy. • Collaborate with the video production team to ensure scripts are effectively translated into high-quality, shareable content. • Create and manage a content calendar for our YouTube channel and other social media platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh, relevant content. • Analyze performance metrics of published content to understand audience preferences and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for new content series or themes that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. • Adapt global trends to suit the Indian market, ensuring our content is culturally relevant and appealing to our primary audience. • Optimize content for maximum discoverability, including crafting attention-grabbing titles, descriptions, and tags. • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices, adjusting our strategy to maximize reach and engagement. • Collaborate with other departments to create content that supports overall business goals and marketing initiatives. • Write compelling scripts for ad shoots, digital ads, and other advertising mediums, ensuring they align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. • Work closely with the Marketing team to refine ad concepts and translate them into engaging, effective scripts that resonate with our target audience. Qualifications:- • Proven experience (2+ years) in creating viral short-form video content for platforms like YouTube or Instagram Reels • Exceptional skill in crafting compelling hooks and engaging narratives tailored for short-form content. • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or video projects with measurable impact on audience growth and engagement. • Demonstrated experience in writing scripts for advertising and digital ad campaigns. • Deep understanding of what makes content go viral, especially in the Indian social media landscape. • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different target audiences, content formats, and advertising mediums. • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to use data insights to guide content creation strategies. • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform-specific best practices, and content creation tools. • Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and an unending well of ideas for engaging content and memorable ad campaigns. • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Familiarity with the advertising production process and ability to work within production constraints. • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film & Media, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Familiarity with video editing software and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
