Key Responsibilities:
• Research relevant topics, trends, and audience behavior to support script development
• Assist in brainstorming creative content ideas and turning them into structured video scripts
• Write simple, clear, and engaging hook lines and dialogues under the guidance of senior writers
• Help apply storytelling techniques to make content informative, entertaining, and impactful
• Work closely with the creative, video, and strategy teams to align scripts with the overall concept
• Learn to adapt writing styles to different brand tones (educational, entertaining, or promotional)
• Edit and refine script drafts based on feedback from mentors and team members
Requirements:
• Interest or basic experience in script writing, content writing, or creative writing
• Strong storytelling instincts and a passion for creating engaging content
• Ability to research and simplify complex topics into audience-friendly scripts
• Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and experiment with ideas
• Good command of English or Hinglish
• Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback positively
