What you’ll be doing
As a Scrum Master at Tesco, you will be a servant leader and agile champion, enabling one or more cross-functional teams to deliver value effectively and sustainably.
You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity while ensuring agile principles and practices are embedded and evolving.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and prioritised backlog, track and report on delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, Defect density) to support informed decision making.
Engage with our agile community to work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to help scale agile practices across the organisation
We need you to have
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or product delivery environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
And if you have any of these, even better
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SSM or equivalent.
Experience in large-scale agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence.
Background in retail, banking, or customer-facing digital products.
