Position Overview
Our Technology Data and Innovation (TDI) teams are responsible for the bank's complete information technology (IT) infrastructure as well as for developing, implementing and protecting the software required to support the bank's entire business. We move more than €1.6 trillion through the bank's platforms every day. Every day, we enable millions of customers to use our broad range of banking services across all contact channels.

The Customer Data Intelligence (CDI) tribe is part of TDI Private Bank Germany and covers thecomplete data value chain, including not only the mobilization, integration, enrichment andstorage of data. Furthermore it provides tools, services and data analyticsto enable new use cases,business capabilities and directly creates value for Deutsche Bank.
CDI products enable reaching strategic goals in driving the cloud move of complex BI infrastructure, reducing the number of warehouses, simplifying our architecture and bringing downcosts, while at the same time developing cutting edge data technology like automated near time machine learning processes.
The teams you support are made up of coders who love to solve problems and hate it when they can't do that right now. Their job is to create a work environment for these people where they can feel like they are contributing to the team's success in the best way possible.

Your key responsibilities :
• You will support two to three development teams, working onshore and offshore, in organizing their development & run cycle in an agile manner.
• You will utilize not just SCRUM but the whole portfolio of agile methods like SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, Lean Startup, etc. so your teams can find the right mix of these methods for the team, the topic and the stakeholders and have concrete experience from the past to show for it.
• You Put a human centric point of viewforewardand fit processes to people, not the other way around. In this, you will find ways to seamlessly integrate administrational tasks into the daily workour yourengineers.
• You'll help your team develop processes to run and develop their application.
• Solving other administrational impediments like planning and reporting on budgeting will be your task. But working together with the team, budgeting and other administrational tasks will be automated soon.
• Day to Day operations flow more fluidly when the meetings are moderated and timeboxed by you.
• Knowing that trial and error are the basis of human civilization, you motivate your team to make small changes or make them yourself. The good ones you keep until something proves to better.
• You create an attractive environment for the team and generally also in the department through good interaction, events and other measures, which also attracts new
