Role Description
• Scrum Master will assist tribe leads in planning, facilitating events, providing coaching to tribe team members
• He/She will plan and coordinate with other squads to ensure proper delivery of own squad scope and cross squad features in production

Your Key Responsibilities
• Assisting Tribe Lead, CIO in Tribe level planning process and faciliting the events
• Provide coaching to Tribe people on Agile ways of working
• Work as Scrum Master for the Squad
• Develop the squads as self-organized teams that are responsible and accountable for delivering business value
• Plan and coordinate with other Squads to ensure proper delivery of own squad scope and cross squad features in production
Your Skills And Experience
Experience required -
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• + + years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Agile Practitioner using some of the frameworks/ methodology: e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Spotify, Less etc
• Experience in Tribe level coaching, QBR planning and creating a culture of relentless improvements
• Good to have agile transformational experience at scale level, facilitating a CoP etc.
Skills Required –
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Agile Practitioner using some of the frameworks/ methodology: e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Spotify, Less etc
• Experience in Tribe level coaching, QBR planning and creating a culture of relentless improvements
• Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration
• Continuous Testing, Pair working, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Definition of Done, Definition of REady
• Familiar with tools for agile team management: e.g. JIRA, Confluence
• Understand and promote agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, and Courage)
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in interacting with tribe level stakeholders
• Experience in using Tribe & Squad level KPI
• Coaching and Facilitation skill
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
