Scrum Master Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you'll act as to support your team(s) and help them to deliver outstanding outcomes. Our Scrum Coaches are open, approachable, collaborative, and enjoy working with passionate people. The Scrum Coach is responsible for championing Agile processes that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. They're proactive in supporting teams to solve problems and embrace agility as a practice.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Product owner and the team to align the product vision with the delivery roadmap, quarterly & sprint goals
Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
Develop the ability within the team to make good decisions
Foster Team adoption of shared accountability and ownership of problems end to end.
Facilitate the team to focus on self-organization and self-management
Facilitate the team to focus on smaller achievable goals and reflect on successes and challenges in order to embrace opportunities for continuous improvement
Provide opportunities for cross skills training and growth
Communicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the team
Embraces the concept of continuous learning in their own journey and instills the same in the team(s) they coach
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BE degree or equivalent experience
Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles
3+ years experience as a practicing Scrum Master on a team
Exposure to modern engineering practices e.g. Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, DevOps
Expert with Agile and Scrum and its application in Product Development and delivery
Ability to coach and mentor
Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
Flexible mindset, with ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities for self while working in a frequently changing environment
Leverage skills from coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution to serve the team(s)
Facilitate groups of 10 or more and coach multiple teams across the product
Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
