Customer communication - experience in handling escalation
Must have worked on Project Management Tools like Jira / Confluence / PMP tools / ITSM tools
Ability to communicate with correct stake holder
Ability to identify the Risk and come up with the mitigation plan
good to Have - high-level understanding of SF & AWS services
should have delivered projects on
Good to have project delivery experience with AWS or Snowflake
Ability to understand the correct stakeholder
Strong Agile process understanding. With the experience to track projects on JIRA
Ability to handle crisis situations by reaching out to the correct stake holder in the correct time
Able to identify problems and blockers in a project
Able to organize effective team meetings with time bound and efficient approach
